Orders are sent out in turn. When your order is ready. You will receive Email Tracking as above. Emails asking for delivery expectations are extremely time consuming to reply to. 4 Boxes can be packed in the time it takes to respond. We have a very fast turn around of sterilised stock and so your order will not have sat on the shelf for more than 7 days. Most of the time, the Substrate Products go from the cooling racks and straight into boxes.
We suggest that you use your products as soon as possible but..... For Products left in their original packaging and stored in a fridge. The inject and forget bags and brown rice flour products have the longest shelf life at 60+days, The horse manure bulk bags and 50/50 mixed substrate range have a shorter shelf life of 45 days and the rye bags will be good for 30 days before use.
Syringes are best stored at 2-8degC in a fridge for upto 6months. Once opened please use all.
We pack your items in plain brown boxes. Secured in place with recycled Kraft paper
If your delivery box has arrived like this and your items are damaged. Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and I will be more than happy to assist. CALL for help
