We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Since most of our products—especially mushroom spores, grow kits, and cultivation supplies—are made fresh daily, dispatch and delivery typically occur the next working day after your order is placed.
For customers in the UK, expect fast UK delivery via our tracked delivery service, allowing you to monitor your parcel from dispatch to doorstep. International orders are sent using tracked international delivery, which also provides full visibility throughout the shipping process.

We have a very fast turn around of sterilized stock and so your order will not have sat on the shelf for more than 7 days. Most of the time, Substrate Products go from the cooling racks and straight into boxes.
We suggest that you use your products as soon as possible but….. For Products left in their original packaging and stored in a fridge. The inject and forget bags and brown rice flour products have the longest shelf life at 60+days, The horse manure bulk bags and 50/50 mixed substrate range have a shorter shelf life of 45 days and the rye bags will be good for 30 days before use.
Syringes are best stored at 2-8degC in a fridge for upto 6months. Once opened please use all.
If you intend to use the mushroom spore syringe within 5 days, I suggest you leave the syringe in it’s original packet and box. Store the box in a cool dry place. For longer storage, leave the syringe in its packet and store in the middle of the fridge between 2-8degC
