First, purchase a high-quality liquid culture of your chosen mushroom species from our site. Our spore syringes include a sterile, gamma-irradiated needle to avoid contamination, so there is no need to use an alcohol wipe or burner. Carefully inject the liquid culture into the injection port on the bag and place the bag in a warm, dark environment at 26-27 °C for 10 days to incubate.
Once you see visible mycelium growth, gently mix the bag to distribute it evenly. Repeat this process on Day 15. By Day 20, the substrate should be fully colonised and ready for fruiting. Place the bag in a bright, humid space or a mushroom grow tent. Keep the temperature steady at 26–27 °C to trigger fruiting. With this all-in-one grow kit, there’s no need to mist or fan, just maintain the right environment and let it do the work.
Your mushrooms should be ready to harvest 14–21 days after introducing light. To encourage additional flushes, rehydrate the substrate by adding half a cup of water, letting it soak for 24 hours, then pouring off any excess. Repeat this between harvests for the best results.
