How to Use the 45L Monotub Mushroom Grow Kit
- Inoculate the Rye Grain Bag with 10ml of spores. Incubate at 26–27 °C until fully colonised.
- Prepare the Monotub by inserting the polyfill filters, fitting the black liner, and ensuring your workspace is sterile.
- Layer the Substrate by mixing colonised spawn with the CVG substrate, like lasagna. Top with the casing layer.
- Mist and Incubate. Maintain 24–27 °C and mist as needed to preserve moisture. Fruiting typically begins in 10–14 days.
- Monitor and Harvest. Watch for pins and maintain humidity. Adjust airflow and misting as needed.
