If you have had a problem with any of the products purchased in our store.

Please dont hesitate to get in touch.  We can always offer your money back or a replacement product of equal value. 

I would like to chat with you about the issue as sometimes we understand that bad techniques are the root of the problem rather than a problem with the actual product. 


The following circumstances will always recieve a no nonsense refund or re-send of the product:

Lost in post.

Damaged in the post.

Found to be defective on arrival at the delivery address.

Incorrect items sent.

Items missing from the order.

Any picture evidence (please check pic quality before sending)

Products that show contamination soon after inoculation

We may ask you to return some items but most of the time we will ask you to safely discard of the item.

Be pleasant, Be patient, we are human also.

Please choose one line of contact and be patient. It is very important that customers understand the amount of time taken to reply to a Single request sent to one email. If you choose to send us the same request to all of our contact lines and keep sending the request 4 times a day, all you are doing is pushing your initial response further down the reply list as well as increasing the time taken to respond to other customer requests. 

Please include all the relevant information in your request for help.

"Where is my order" is a typical example of a tracking request that we receive.

This causes the following to happen. 

CUSTOMER: Where is my order?

24-48hrs later.

US: Please send: Order number, delivery postcode, Name used to order?

24hrs later

CUSTOMER: Its in my previous email i sent yesterday. 

24 hrs later

US: After searching our emails we can not find any previous emails from you? Please send the required information so i can check your order, find you tracking etc. 

24hrs later

CUSTOMER: Items have arrived, Many thanks.
