Basical Bitcoin is a virtual currency. When purchased, Bitcoin can be used like Cash. You can use Bitcoin to pay for online items in complete privacy just like sending cash but without the possibility of being robbed.
What makes bitcoin 'anonymous'?
There are generally three reasons why bitcoin is sometimes regarded as anonymous.
First, unlike bank accounts and most other payment systems, Bitcoin addresses are not tied to the identity of users on a protocol level. Anyone can create a new and completely random Bitcoin address (and the associated private key) at any time, without the need to submit any personal information to anyone.
Second, transactions are not tied to the identity of users either. As such, (and as long as a miner includes the transaction in a block) anyone can effectively transfer bitcoin from any address to which it controls the (private) keys, to any other address, with no need to reveal any personal information at all. Like physical cash, not even the receiver needs to know the identity of the sender.
And third, Bitcoin transaction data is transmitted and forwarded by nodes to a random set of nodes on the peer-to-peer network. While Bitcoin nodes do connect to each other using IP-addresses, it's not necessarily clear for nodes whether the transaction data they received was created by the node they connect to, or if that node merely forwarded that data.

Make an Account at a well-known, established Bitcoin "wallet" website like coinbase. This where you can Buy, Store and Send Bitcoins.
Step Two
In your account settings, add your credit card to the "Payment Methods" section of Coinbase so you can use it to buy your Bitcoins needed
Step Three
Next, buy some Bitcoin! You only need to buy enough Bitcoin to match the value of the product your buying. So if your order total was £120. You will need to buy £120 worth of Bitcoin.
The price of Bitcoin is always changing. This doesnt matter because your only buying what you need for this transaction.

From the Coinbase Menu, click on BUY/SELL
Make sure "Bitcoin" is selected as your currency:

Step Four
Next, you need to send us your Bitcoin to make payment for your order.
After you have made payment you MUST send an email to "The Team" subject "BITCOIN" and include your order number.
From the Coinbase menu, click on "Accounts"
Where it says BTC Wallet, click on "Send"
In the "Send BTC" pop up window, input the Bitcoin Recipient Address shown on the order page.
Well done
Click "Continue" to send your payment.
