Why Choose Black Gold Horse Poo Pellets?

Our 450g Black Gold Hpoo Pellets swell to 2000ml, providing enough substrate for 4lbs of bulk growing medium. They are expertly prepared to be pH neutral and ammonia-free, eliminating the need for time-consuming soaking and straining. Whether you’re new to mushroom cultivation or an experienced grower, these pellets are designed to make your mycology projects easier and more efficient.

The Farmer Fred Difference: Quality You Can Trust

We source our Black Gold Horse Poo Pellets from Farmer Fred, a trusted producer who carefully processes the manure to ensure it’s primed for mycology. Through a natural process called humification, Fred transforms raw horse manure into nutrient-rich, dry pellets that are ready for immediate use. This process involves the decomposition of organic matter by fungi, bacteria, and other microorganisms, resulting in a substrate rich in nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

Nutrient Breakdown:

• Nitrogen (N): 1.2%
• Phosphorus (P): 0.8%
• Potassium (K): 3.0%
